Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding regions. For remote areas, delivery may take longer and additional coordination may be required.

Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi & surrounding areas: 24–48 hours
• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–3 working days
• Remote/upcountry areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays. We always notify you in case of any unusual delays.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Special promotions or free-delivery offers will be clearly marked on our website.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services and local dispatch riders to ensure your package reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

Special Delivery Options

• Same-Day Delivery: Available within Nairobi for orders placed before 11:00 AM (extra fee applies).
• Gift Delivery: You can send products directly as a gift, with optional gift wrapping available at checkout.
• Bulk/Corporate Orders: Large orders may require special handling. Contact Support for details.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated attempts.
