Welcome to Beauty Duty. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Definitions

• “Site” means beautyduty.co.ke and its subpages.
• “We/Us/Our” means Beauty Duty.
• “You/Your” means the user, customer, or visitor to the Site.
• “Products” means items listed for sale on the Site.
• “Order” means a purchase request placed via the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) interfere with its security or functionality; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) copy, scrape, or resell content without permission; (d) upload harmful code.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive for accuracy, but colors, packaging, and ingredient listings may vary from images or descriptions due to manufacturer updates or device displays. Stock levels are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities per customer or order.

5. Pricing & Errors

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel or refuse any affected order and will offer a refund if payment was taken.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt via email/SMS; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or regulatory concerns.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method and that the details are accurate. Failed or reversed payments may lead to order cancellation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. For coverage areas, timelines, and fees, please refer to our Delivery Info page (not part of these Terms).

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return eligibility, timelines, and steps are set out on our Returns page (policy document). These Terms incorporate that policy by reference. Hygiene-sensitive products may be non-returnable once opened.

10. Health & Usage Disclaimer

Products are for external use only (unless stated otherwise). Always read labels, patch-test, and follow manufacturer instructions. Results vary by individual. The Site does not provide medical advice; consult a qualified professional for medical concerns. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

11. Promotions & Gift Offers

Promotions, coupons, and bundle offers are subject to stated terms, validity periods, and stock. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time. Unless specified, promotions cannot be combined.

12. User Reviews & Content

By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
