What Updates You’ll See

  • Order Confirmed – We’ve received your order and it’s being processed.
  • Shipped – Your items are on their way to our courier partner.
  • In Transit – Your package is moving through the delivery network.
  • Out for Delivery – The courier is on the way to your address.
  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully received.

Delivery Timelines

Orders within Nairobi usually arrive in 24–48 hours. Upcountry deliveries may take 2–4 working days, depending on the courier route and your exact location.

Didn’t Receive an Update?

If your tracking information hasn’t changed for more than 48 hours or you didn’t receive your tracking number, please:

  • Check your email and SMS inbox for updates.
  • Verify that your contact information was entered correctly at checkout.
  • Contact our Support team for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after your order ships.
  • Public holidays and weekends may slightly extend delivery timelines.
  • If your area is outside standard courier coverage, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
