How to Use:

1. Wet the body thoroughly with warm water.

2. Apply Dr Teal’s Coconut Oil Shea Sugar Scrub to damp skin and massage gently in circular motions, concentrating on rough areas.

3. Rinse the scrub away thoroughly.

4. Cleanse with Dove Pampering Shea Butter & Vanilla Body Wash, working it over the body until a creamy lather forms.

5. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat the skin dry.

6. While the skin is still slightly damp, massage Dr Teal’s Nourish & Protect Coconut Oil Body Lotion over the body.

7. Apply additional lotion to elbows, knees, legs and other areas prone to dryness.

How Often: Use the body wash and lotion daily. Exfoliate with the sugar scrub 1–3 times weekly depending on your skin’s sensitivity.
